Paid Time Off

Accrue PTO (Personal Time Off) and EDB (Extended Disability Bank) hours each pay period.

Paid Holidays

Our full-time employees are eligible for holiday pay on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the Friday after, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and one floating holiday.

Family Funeral Leave

Up to three (3) paid working days for death of a loved one.

Retirement Plan

You’re automatically enrolled in our 401(k) with a 5% pre‑tax contribution starting your first paycheck. We match your contributions dollar‑for‑dollar up to 5% from day one. Vesting occurs at 10% after one year, 25% after two years, and 100% after three years.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Nine free and confidential mental health counseling sessions available to each employee and family members at no cost.

Insurance

Full-time team members are eligible to participate in our available insurance plans including medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, voluntary life, AD&D, accident, hospital indemnity & critical illness, and ID theft insurance.

Health Savings Account

Health Savings Account contributions are provided by Curative Connections/ProSolutions on a weekly basis upon getting an annual physical.

On-Site Health Clinic

Health and wellness coaching is offered for chronic disease management, exercise and fitness, weight loss and maintenance, nutrition and dietary needs, stress management, and nicotine cessation.

Nurse Practitioner Services offered for diagnosis and treatment of:

Acute Care – respiratory infections, sore throat, cough, ear infection, UTI, yeast infections, sprains/strains
Chronic Care – Thyroid, hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes
Preventive Care – Physical with screenings
Laceration evaluation
Onsite Labs (fee charged or process through insurance)
Allergies
Immunizations
Medication Refills
